What fund managers bought in January 2026

Month-end holdings disclosures for active-equity funds. We count share-quantity adds and cuts, not portfolio weight. Net bought (₹ cr) is those share changes valued at this month's closing price (last month's price on a full exit). A stock that only marked up in price is not treated as bought. Cash, TREPS, ETFs, fund units and derivatives are dropped. Funds with no prior-month book (a first disclosure) are excluded from month-on-month counts so the whole book is not treated as "bought." 502 funds were excluded this month.
